Raghurama Kote, Founder and Chairman

Raghurama Kote is deeply passionate about providing basic needs of health, education and shelter for the underprivileged in India. Inspired by the values instilled by his father Late Shri Vasantha Kumar Kote, he intends to carry forward the social work through Kote Foundation.

Like his father, Kote is a dynamic personality who is a firm believer in translating business vision into measurable goals. Kote’s keen sense of business acumen and strategy is an outcome of prior leadership roles he performed as Founder and CEO of Iteamic. He was responsible for exceeding its milestones for people development, client satisfaction and financial growth. Under his leadership, Iteamic received recognition for its growth and success from two of India's leading IT industry trade bodies - NASSCOM and STPI. The company was later acquired by CIBER.

Currently serving as the President of CIBER India, Kote has more than 18 years of leadership expertise in the IT industry serving Global 2000 companies in India and aboard.

Kote is a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore, Karnataka, India, and has completed professional coursework in "Leading Professional Services Firm" from Harvard Business School.

Girish Ramachandra, VP – Strategic Initiatives

Girish Ramachandra has been an ardent believer of corporate social responsibility, socially responsible investing, and self-sustainable nonprofit development. His professional experience of 14 years in building companies, leading innovations at the bottom of the pyramid makes him an ideal head of strategic initiatives for Kote foundation.

A serial entrepreneur, Girish is an experienced leader in managing strategic initiatives for various business sectors such as IT, Finance and Retail. A multifaceted personality, Girish is most at ease working with overseas operations, client interaction, strategic business development, marketing and fund raising.

Girish is a Bachelor of Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mangalore University. Later, he completed his MBA from Columbia Business School, held in Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. He enjoys reading and Golf in his free time.
